知人の紹介で会食してもらったテイラーさんに礼状を書きます．
Dear Mr. Taylor:
Thank you for having dinner with me at Edo Sushi restaurant and excellent conversation on July 24. I have already given your regards to Mr. Koizumi, and he was very glad to hear that you and I finally met.
