顧客とのミーティングアポをすっかり忘れ,連絡もとらずにドタキャンしてしまいました.その顧客に謝罪文をだします.
Dear Mr. Koizumi:
Please accept my apologies for missing the meeting we had scheduled for Monday morning. I feel terrible about not contacting you - I hope you did not wait too long for me.
I was off sick that day and forgot the appointment. This morning, I realized that I had missed the appointment when I came to my office.
I apologize for the inconvenience and assure you that I had no intention of being rude or disrespectful, particularly to a valued customer like you. Hopefully we can reschedule a meeting for the end of the month at a time convenient for you.
