販売代理店から与信（クレジット）限度枠引き上げの依頼を受けましたが、引き上げるまでの取引実績がないため依頼を断ります。
Dear John,
Thank you for your request regarding increased credit. Given your past history, including that calendar year 2006 in which you generated $2,543.12 of sales, Erox USA, Inc has no present intention of increasing your credit line, despite your recent purchase totaling $3,500.00.
In evaluating an increase of credit line, Erox focuses on tangible evidence that customer will be able to repay the increased amounts.
