Mr. Carlos Jones:
It has come to the attention of Jrox USA Corporation (“Jrox”) that you are selling and advertising products (including but not limited to advertisements on your website and in Amente Magazine) using the proprietary Jrox trade name and logo. These activities are unauthorized and infringe upon Jrox's trademarks and other intellectual property rights.
By this letter, we hereby demand that EibunComp, and its affiliates, immediately cease and desist its use of the Jrox trademark, trade name and logo in any manner, including on its website and in all advertising materials, brochures and literature of any kind.
For your further information, authorized Jrox distributors are not permitted to employ or enter into a business relationship with sub-distributors without Jrox's prior written consent. In addition, Jrox distributors are not permitted to distribute or assist in the distribution of products outside of their authorized territories. Jrox uniformly and consistently enforces the foregoing policies and contractual provisions.
Please provide a written response within the next 5 days acknowledging compliance with the demands set forth herein. Nothing in this letter should be construed as a waiver of any of Jrox's rights and remedies, all of which are expressly reserved.
