アメリカ駐在員が日本帰任を命じられ担当した取引先に帰任の挨拶と後任(Hiroyuki Kawasaki)を紹介するレターを送付します。
Dear Customer,
I would like to inform you that, as of April 1, 2012, I am leaving for Tokyo to assume my new assignment at Sales & Marketing Department. Having spent most memorable and wonderful six years in Los Angeles has given me a great deal of experience as well as pleasure. I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation for all your support and friend you have kindly extend to me during my stay.
